Integration tool Bubble, previously available only as a desktop application, has recently undergone an exciting development. Bubble is now also available as an embedded version.
This allows Bubble to seamlessly integrate into telecom applications and CRM systems. No more external pop-up notifications, but all Bubble functionalities within the application itself.
This makes it even easier for CRM application developers to be compatible with more than 60 telephony platforms through a single tool. Additionally, developers of telecom applications benefit significantly from this new development, as they can add +200 CRM applications to their portfolio using the same tool.
The first two embedded integrations have already been released, namely for the communication platform ROGER365 and the CRM application HubSpot. Many more will be added to the Red Cactus portfolio later this year. For more information, click here.
