Updated Service Level Agreement

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) has recently been updated. The content has been refined and clarified, with a focus on further professionalizing several key processes. These improvements align with our ambition to become ISO-certified in the near future.

In addition, several protocols and supporting documents have been added to the knowledge base for Red Cactus Partners. These include, among others, an escalation matrix, security incident management procedures, and other relevant process documentation.
