This integration ensures that all relevant customer information pops up as soon as you receive a call. You can connect one or multiple CRM applications simultaneously. From the customizable overview that appears, you can directly click through to a customer record, order summary, or perform another CRM-specific action. After the call, a call log, optionally including a call note, is automatically saved under the customer record in the CRM.
