Fantastic news for all Trengo users! In collaboration with Trengo, we have worked hard on a highly requested feature by customers: the ability to link multiple phone numbers (phone channels) to Trengo.
Previously, you could only connect one external phone number via the integration tool Bubble, but from version 3.45 onwards, that is a thing of the past. This is a fantastic update, especially for companies with multiple entities, each having their own phone number, such as e-commerce businesses with different webshops. Thanks to this expansion, phone calls from multiple entities can now reach the same agent in Trengo.
A huge improvement, as with Bubble you could already connect your existing telephony platform (compatible with 74+ telephony platforms) to Trengo, but now without the limitation of just one phone number. Super convenient! More information about the Trengo integration can be found on our marketplace.
