New IP address added

On Monday 5 August, we will add an additional IP address (20.33.39.48) to our infrastructure. This will allow us to route data traffic within our redundant infrastructure even better (improve load balancing) resulting in higher uptime.

We estimate that the impact of adding an additional IP address is very low for most partners and customers. For e-health connections where Red Cactus' profile is enabled, no action needs to be taken, as this will be short-circuited directly.

For IT networks with firewalls that regulate network traffic from inside-to-outside, the IP address should be added to the whitelist. Traffic going to this new IP address is sent over a standard HTTPS port (443 TCP). So for most firewalls, this does not require any additional configuration.
