New: Integrate via the 3CX API

We’ve been looking forward to this for a while, and this month it’s finally here! 3CX has launched its new Call Control API, making the integration of 200+ CRM applications easier than ever. You guessed it – we’ve already started coding so you can dive right in with Bubble version 3.46.

It was already possible to connect the entire Red Cactus portfolio with 3CX, but you had to install a plug-in on the same server where 3CX was running. Plus, we only supported Linux installations, so some technical Linux knowledge was required to get everything up and running. With the arrival of the new 3CX Call Control API, that’s all in the past. No more plug-ins needed, and it doesn’t matter anymore if you have 3CX installed on a Linux or Windows server.

Just a heads-up: the new 3CX Call Control API is only available with a 3CX Enterprise License and, as of writing, is still in its alpha release. Click here for the configuration guide.
