Bubble365 Chrome Plug-in
When a call comes in, all relevant customer information from your CRM is instantly displayed. The interface is fully customizable, allowing you to take immediate action. This includes CRM-specific buttons as well as standard options like email, callback requests, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and custom actions. The big advantage? No separate pop-up — just a fully integrated experience within your browser, similar to CRMs that support embedded apps.
Browser Technology
The Bubble365 Chrome Plug-in seamlessly adapts to your workflow. You can easily adjust the width by resizing the window, and with a single click, you can minimize or open the plug-in whenever it suits you. While technically it operates within a single screen, it feels like two: the Bubble365 Plug-in remains visible on the side, while the main view automatically switches to the desired webpage or tab. The plug-in also supports both light and dark mode, allowing you to work in a visually comfortable environment—tailored to your preference or the time of day. This smart design—where the plug-in stays active without disrupting your tab—sets Bubble365 apart from many other Chrome extensions. The result? SearchBar
But there’s more! In addition to the pop-up notification you see during an incoming call, you can also search through all your CRM contacts using the SearchBar. From the search results, you can perform a variety of actions, such as:
Outbound Calling
The Bubble365 Chrome Plug-in comes equipped with Click-to-Dial functionality. This feature automatically detects phone numbers on websites. Simply click the desired number—or select one from a SearchBar result—to instantly start an outbound call via your connected telephony system.
Prefer to dial a number manually? No problem. Just type the number into the SearchBar’s input field, and the call button will appear automatically.
Multi-Result
If multiple matches are found for the caller’s phone number, you can use the arrow keys (located below the action buttons) to browse through the results. If you want to control which contact is shown first, you can configure this in the settings panel using the advanced filtering feature.
Call Control
The Bubble365 Chrome Plug-in offers full call control (provided your telephony platform supports it), allowing you to directly manage your desk phone, softphone, or other devices from within the app. The following actions are supported:
If your telephony platform supports limited call control (for example, only answering and ending calls), only those relevant buttons will be shown in the pop-up notification. If your platform doesn’t support call control at all, the call control section won’t be visible in the notification. Click here for more information about the supported telephony platforms.
Call Waiting
If you receive additional calls while you're already on a call, those incoming calls will appear at the bottom of the pop-up notification. With a simple mouse click, you can easily switch between calls.
General Call History
If you want to see which colleague last spoke with the caller during a phone call, simply click to open the call history.
Personal Call History
Based on your personal call history, you can start a phone call instantly by clicking on a phone number. By clicking on the timeline, a pop-up notification will appear showing all relevant information linked to that phone number.
Call Logging
From the pop-up notification, you can instantly write a call note, which—if supported by your CRM—will be automatically saved under the correct contact after the call. If no note is written, an automatic call log can still be created, depending on your CRM's capabilities, including details such as the time, call duration, and the employee involved.
Call Back
After ending the call (and if you haven’t closed the notification), you can easily reopen the pop-up notification from your most recent conversation. From there, you can simply click the redial button to quickly initiate the call again, if needed.
Customer Data
