2023 was great! 29 new CRM integrations were added to the marketplace and 23 telephony platforms to the compatibility list. The result? An offering of +200 CRM integrations that can be paired with +50 telephony platforms. But what if the integration you are looking for is not among them?
We have made the process of adding new integrations simple for partners. We distinguish between CRM applications used generically and custom CRM applications used by only one or a few customers.
We add integrations for generic CRM applications at a standard (low) development fee known to our partners. So there is no need to request a quote. This allows partners to provide their customers with immediate answers.
In addition, we are transparent about the integrations that are coming and in development because our roadmap is publicly accessible. Another advantage of a publicly accessible roadmap is that partners can immediately see what the schedule is so that when new requests arrive, they can immediately retrace a release date without having to contact us.
