Monthly update October

Monthly update October. Every month we add new integrations, features and changes to existing integrations. The key points in release 3.45 are:

  • Univerge Blue, Elevate, Ascend phone connectors do now support "Call Answer" 

• New (and updated) CRM Connectors
  • HealthConnected HIS CRM connector added
  • HealthConnected HAPIS CRM connector added
  • Trengo added new feature: "Auto channel mapping"
  • Exact Online added new action button: New Task
