Migrate your CRM integration into Webex

Customers and suppliers of KPN EEN, Vodafone One Net, Gamma Communications, RoutIT or any other Broadsoft-based telephony platform beware! Are you or your customer using CRM integration tool Bubble on your desktop but want everything in one application? Migrate the pop-up notification to the Webex softphone in just a few clicks. 

Migrate in a few clicks

The migration process from the Bubble desktop pop-up notification to the embedded pop-up in Webex is very simple and takes just a few clicks. The administrator just needs to activate the Bubble 365 App in the Webex Admin Portal. Then the user can log in with his or her Bubble account in the Bubble 365 App and you're done! The configuration of the Bubble desktop application is retained so nothing changes, only the application where the notification appears is different (in the Webex softphone). Just make sure your Bubble version is up-to-date (at least version 3.39) and don't forget to disable the Bubble Desktop application's pop-up notification itself.

Costs

All you need is a Bubble licence. Customers already using Bubble already have this licence. So there is no extra cost for using the embedded application in Webex so you could see it as a free upgrade that allows Red Cactus partners to make their customers even happier and gives them a unique proposition for their customers.
