New: Last call note in popup

From Bubble version 3.39 it is possible to display the last call note in the pop-up. 
During a phone call you already had the option to write a call note that will be stored in the callhistory and under the customer card in the CRM after the call is ended, but from now on you can also use the callnote in the pop-up notification. 


This is useful for people who want to immediately see the call notes of themselves or a colleague on a new phone call and thus immediately be aware of the content of the previous call. To make use of this, simply add the parameter `$last_call_note` to the contents of the pop-up.
