We introduce Eva. Eva is our new chat technique that is from now on available on Red Cactus' knowledge base for our partners. The chatbot that, using the very latest AI technologies, can answer your technical questions. Think of questions about how to link a specific CRM package, or which IP addresses should be whitelisted.

Although we invest a lot in keeping the knowledge base up-to-date for our partners, we also notice that people often do not take the time to look for the right information. Reading usually takes "too much time" so the preference is soon given to "just make a call". Until today, because from now on it will be easier, faster and more effective to put your question directly to Eva via chat. This way, you no longer have to search our knowledge base yourself, but get an immediate answer to your question.
