Collaboration with Sanday

One of the most requested integrations in the Netherlands in recent years is now available: Sanday (a combination of OmniHis and Promedico). In the dynamic world of healthcare, effective communication among healthcare providers is vital. The Sanday platform now offers an even more powerful solution for general practitioners through its collaboration with Red Cactus. This collaboration enables the Sanday platform to be connected to more than 60 telephony platforms.

Functionality

With the integration tool Bubble, a notification with patient details appears on your screen immediately upon receiving a phone call. From there, you can directly access the intake module of Sanday, dealing with the respective patient. This allows you to start registering the information the patient shares with you over the phone promptly. In case multiple patients are found at the same address, you can easily navigate to the correct patient. After ending the call, a record appears on the timeline under the patient card in Sanday.

Compatibility

For general practitioners who wish to use this integration, there is no need to switch to another telephony platform because the Red Cactus integration tool Bubble is compatible with most telephony systems. This simplifies the implementation and adoption process significantly.

Ordering

Red Cactus services are delivered through telecom resellers and telecom providers, allowing general practitioners to order the integration through their current telecom supplier. The integration module is available in Sanday Plus. Click here for more information.
