This month, the telephony platforms Intermedia, Ascend, Elevate, and Univerge Blue have further expanded the call control feature. We’ve immediately implemented the new functionality in Bubble, so you can start using it right away with Bubble 3.46.
With the call control functionality of Intermedia, Ascend, Elevate, and Univerge Blue, you could already transfer and end calls via the Bubble pop-up notification, but now you can also use another highly requested feature: answering calls!
This allows you to answer a call with a single click directly from the Bubble pop-up notification, without switching between screens. The call still runs through the telephony platform, but the control is now faster and more intuitive than ever. And the best part? You don’t need to do anything; the feature is automatically included in Bubble version 3.46.
