Beta testers Bubble Cloud

The time has come at the end of March: alongside the current Bubble desktop application, we are introducing Bubble Cloud! Do you want to be one of the first to test it as a beta tester? Then read on quickly!

Next-level cloud solution

Over the past year, we’ve built something truly special: a Bubble Cloud infrastructure that is not only powerful but also a showcase of cutting-edge data processing, making it one of a kind. We do not store copies of CRM data in our cloud environment, nor do we rely on data synchronization. Instead, everything is based on real-time communication directly with the CRM. As a result, customer data remains securely within the CRM application and is never stored elsewhere. The outcome? Clients and partners maintain complete visibility over the location of their CRM data. No duplicate storage, no unnecessary risks of data breaches—just maximum security and full control over privacy.

Infrastructure

Our Bubble Cloud infrastructure runs on the powerful Microsoft Azure platform. But you won’t find yourself in a large, shared pool with other customers. Instead, each customer receives their own isolated environment—just like in a private cloud. We’ve also spared no expense when it comes to resources, utilizing high-end performance servers. Here are some key features of the Bubble Cloud infrastructure we use:

  • Encryption: The traffic between the Bubble Cloud infrastructure and a CRM application is encrypted via HTTPS. Wherever possible, we implement dual SSL authentication. Additionally, data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption— a robust encryption standard considered quantum-resistant and compliant with military-grade security standards.
  • ISO-certification: The Bubble Cloud infrastructure utilizes various resources within the Azure platform that have the following ISO certifications: ISO 200000-1:2018, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 27001:2022, ISO 27017:2015, ISO 27018:2019 en ISO 9001:2015.
  • Performance: In our redundant environment, we have developed a powerful load balancing solution. During peaks in server load, capacity is automatically expanded, either temporarily or permanently. This scaling occurs in two ways: horizontally (adding more servers) and vertically (allocating more resources per server). The result? A stable, fast environment that seamlessly grows with demand.
  • Geo clusters: The new Bubble Cloud infrastructure consists of geo clusters, meaning that data can be processed and stored in a location required by the legislation of a specific country. Additionally, this setup prevents latency issues if, for example, your business is located outside of Europe, as your data will not be processed by servers in Europe.
  • Security: We have developed an advanced process architecture where each server is assigned to a single specific process. This allows us to isolate processes more easily in the event of any incidents.
  • Monitoring: Thanks to our separated process architecture, we can monitor every ongoing activity with precision and detail. This enables us to respond quickly, optimize performance, and proactively prevent potential issues.
Cloud Integration Offerings:

Soon, we will showcase on the marketplace which CRM integrations, in addition to using Bubble Desktop, are also suitable for deployment with Bubble Cloud. The integrations that are already compatible with Bubble Cloud are:

Additionally, we will release other solutions in April and May, such as the Chrome plug-in and the Microsoft Teams app, both compatible with all other CRM integrations available on our marketplace (except for integrations that require local software)..

Webconfigurator

Together with the release of Bubble Cloud at the end of March, we will also present our brand-new web configurator to beta testers. From that moment on, you can manage and configure all Bubble settings—whether you are using Bubble Desktop, Bubble Cloud, or another application—directly from the partner portal. One portal, total control!

AI-transcription

A major advantage of our new Bubble Cloud infrastructure, combined with our existing support for the ‘call logging’ feature in most CRM integrations, is that it’s now even easier to automatically save AI-generated call transcripts directly to a contact’s timeline within the CRM—without relying on a local application. This way, you keep all conversation details neatly organized in one place with ease! Together with several leading telephony platform developers, we are actively working to bring this smart integration to life.
